Our Commitment
We strive to provide the best customer service and want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If you're not satisfied with your merchandise, we're here to help.
Return Eligibility
We accept returns within 30 days of purchase for items that meet the following conditions:
- Item is unused and in original condition
- Original tags are still attached and intact
- Item is in its original packaging (if applicable)
- Proof of purchase is provided
Return Process
- Contact Us First: Before returning any item, please contact us at aonalta@gmail.com to initiate the return process. We'll provide you with return instructions and a return authorization.
- Package Securely: Pack your item(s) carefully in the original packaging when possible. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
- Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend keeping your shipping receipt and tracking information until your refund is processed.
- Send Your Return: Ship the item(s) to the address provided in your return authorization.
After We Receive Your Return
Once we receive your returned item, we will:
- Inspect the item to confirm it meets return eligibility requirements
- Process your refund within 5-7 business days
- Issue the refund to your original payment method
Please note that depending on your financial institution, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at aonalta@gmail.com with photos of the damage. We will:
- Replace the item at no charge to you, OR
- Issue a full refund including original shipping costs
For damaged or defective items, we will provide a prepaid return label.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Items with removed tags or packaging
- Items that show signs of wear or use
- Items returned after 30 days from purchase date
